Ok, it should come as no surprise to anyone that knows me that I like movies and I have seen quite a lot of them... Probably more than once each so I have decided to share with my dear readers some of my favourites. I am a firm believer that movies should suit the kind of mood you are in so this week I am feeling girly so I am going to go with a really great chick flick that I just saw. It's weird because I remember hearing about this movie awhile ago and I waited for it to come to the theatres and then I didn't hear a peep... I don't even know if it got a theatrical release, which, I know generally doesn't bode well for the quality of a movie but I have to say, this movie was good. It's called The Jane Austen Book Club and it's about a book club that gets together and discusses Jane Austen's books. Hard to imagine from the title, I know... but it's a little gem of a film that deserves some attention. I've provided a link to the IMdB site so you can read up on it because I don't particularly feel like recapping the entire story.
