Free TV... What's the point, really?

CBC... CTV... Might as well be CUIH ("C" U In Hell)
I think I have complained about CBC and CTV before but honestly... the absolute worst when it comes to actually airing shows that entertain people.
The only positive thing I can say about CBC is that it's got the Rick Mercer Report and that's occasionally funny. Oh and it also has the CBC Late Night Movie at 1:30am that sometimes airs interesting movies. Last movie I saw: "City of God" - Kinda horrifying but intriguing nonetheless.
CTV. Eh, CTV... What to do with you? On the plus side the network tends to pick up major shows from the Big Three but c'mon, what's with all the damned reality shows or whatever the heck "So You Think You Can Dance" is. It's just my luck that most of the shows CTV has on are these kinds of shows because I in no way find any of them slightly appealing. I think I'd rather stub a toe or something or weep in the corner. The only that saves CTV from AG's Hall of Shame is that it airs The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report with Stephen Colbert.
