Well, it was inevitable that it was going to happen even if many people were willing it not to... Today Montreal got it's first official snow storm of the season. Some people are happy about it but I suspect that they are snow bunnies but people like me (who aren't) are forced to live with slippery sidewalks and hat hair. It's not so much that I hate the snow, it's more that I dislike it for making everyday life more stressful, you know what I mean? Honestly, you would think that people in this city would be used to driving in the snow but for some reasn it makes every driver out there an idiot and when they make their idiotic driving mistakes I am the one that suffers.
Oh, and of course the first big snowfall of the winter season just has to happen on my birthday... I mean, the friends that I am going out with tonight are Canadian and robust and can handle a little bit of white weather but that does not mean I am in any way like them. I am currently thinking about rescheduling for a less blizzard-y evening.
