Since both of these people are bad emailers, here's the 4-1-1:
Sheens, Friday night sounds good but I would like to do some shopping downtown before we head back to NDG. Call my cell or number at work on Friday if you want to meet me downtown or would rather just come to my casa when I get home.
Scott, hopefully you'll be in good health on Saturday for an outing. If not, Sunday is good for me too although technically it's my "day of rest" or "day of slack". Call me at my home number. I know where you live now so I can just drop by if you decide not to call.
